Jiujiang Defu Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise with highly independent intellectual property rights, and with leading product process technology and manufacturing capability in the copper foil industry. Its main business is the research and development, production and sale of electrolytic copper foil. The products mainly include various kinds of high-performance lithium battery copper foils and electronic circuit copper foils. The company has established close collaboration relationship with CATL, LG Chemical, BYD, GOTION High-tech, SYTECH and other customers. The company has strong scientific research strength. It has established the post-doctoral workstation. Its analysis and testing center has passed the CNAS national accreditation laboratory certification, with the ability to issue industry testing report independently.

The main business of Defu is the research and development, production and sale of electrolytic copper foil.In detail, its products include 4-10 micron double side glossy copper foil for the lithium power battery of new energy vehicle, 12-210 micron high temperature and high elongation copper foil (HTE) for electronic circuit application and flexible copper foil (FCF). It is also actively developing and promoting Hyper Very Low Profile copper foil reverse treated copper foil (RTF) for 5G application, and other special copper foils for special applications

Gansu Lanzhou Production Base

Gansu Defu New Materials Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2018 by Jiujiang Defu Technology (51%), Baiyin Group (38%), Gansu Xinglong Capital (10%), and Lanzhou New Area Investment Control Company (1%). The company covers an area of 670 acres and is planned to become the largest copper foil production base in China with an annual output of 200000 tons. Currently, it has more than 1000 employees, and the company's main business is the research and development, production and sale of electrolytic copper foil, serving two downstream industries, that is, the printed circuit boards (PCBs) and lithium-ion batteries. The main products include 12-105 micron copper foil for PCBs and 4-10 micron copper foil for power battery.

In 1985, the company was established and starting the research, development and production of electrolytic copper foil with continuous process.
In 2001, single side glossy copper foil was developed for lithium battery.
In 2012, twenty-two patents were authorized and obtained national patent certificates, the technical transformation project of ultra-thin high-grade copper foil was successfully passed the approval and acceptance check in December, and obtained the financial support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
In 2017, the company established doctoral workstation. In the same year, twenty-two sets of high-precision electrolytic facilities were added, and the total annual production capacity of the company for lithium battery copper foil and electronic circuit copper foil was 10000 tons.
In 2018, the company completed the research and development of 6 micron high modulus copper foil product for lithium battery. The total annual production capacity of the company for lithium battery copper foil and electronic circuit copper foil reached 13000 tons.
In 2019, the research and development project for high tensile lithium battery copper foil was granted by the Major Science and Technology Special project of Jiangxi Province. The company passed the IATF16949 system certification.
In 2020, the company was voted as the potential Unicorn Enterprise in Jiangxi Province. Its 4.5 micron ultra-thin copper foil for lithium battery was successfully developed and began the customer promotion. The Lanzhou production base phase I was put into production, and Jiujiang Phase III and Lanzhou production base Phase II was started the construction. The total annual production capacity of the company for lithium battery copper foil and electronic circuit copper foil reached 30000 tons.
In 2021, the company was voted as the national level, specialized, refined and innovative “Small Giant” enterprise and became the national enterprise technology center. It successfully introduced the industrial capital strategic investment,
with LG Chemical, Ganfeng Lithium ect. as shareholders. Lanzhou production base Phase III was started the construction. The total annual production capacity of the company for lithium battery copper foil and electronic
circuit copper foil reached 49000 tons.
In 2022, the post-doctoral research workstation was established. The annual production capacity for electrolytic copper foil reached 85000 tons in total. On September 30th, the company passed the Municipal Committee Meeting of the Stock Exchange, and is prepared to be listed in the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
